Hotel Castel - Pure Lebensfreude - Serfaus

We had an amazing stay at the hotel. The staff were friendly and cute, making us feel right at home. The hotel facilities were clean and well maintained. Breakfast was delicious and had a great variety. We also enjoyed the transportation provided by the hotel, easy to get around this city.

Everything was spot on. We had no negative experiences.

The hotel had excellent food options with ample variety and great local wine. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and they even catered to vegetarians. The location was convenient, near a swimming pool and park, and not too far from the train station. Another great aspect was the ski storage near the lifts, keeping all the skiing equipment safe.

The lighting in the room was not sufficient, and the sloped ceilings in our family suite caused a few head clashes. The location was uphill, making it tough to reach the hotel easily.

During our night outings, we had an amazing time staying at a hotel with a friendly and welcoming staff. the hotel was conveniently located within walking distance of some great tourist spots, like trampolines and swimming pools. the hotel had a modern bathroom with a well-sized shower and a good selection of food with a variety of vegetarian options. We especially loved the lockers near the ski lifts to store our equipment.

Although it was a bit challenging to reach the hotel due to its uphill location, it acted as good exercise for us.

Had a wonderful xmas holiday, the hotel offered amazing food, with different options to cater for different diets. One of the best things about the hotel was the ski locker that stored our gear close to the lift, making it so much easier to explore the area. the staff was friendly and always went the extra mile to make us feel welcomed.

The hotel was located uphill, making the walk to the lift was a bit tiring, but the exercise was a good way to start the day. the slope ceilings in some of the rooms can be a bit of a challenge, especially for taller people.
